Colby, the Christian robot who is programmed to sing and recite scripture. He is also apparently programmed to stay in the closet.
We can invite just the kids we want to. They start spreading hate so young!

I did some more work on the structure. I think that is done now. Here’s how it ended up.

This video is amazing.
My beard is getting long again! I think I’m gonna keep letting it go for a little while and bring back my viking look from last Winter.
when the Internet says “API” does that just mean magic?
Yeah, basically.
An API is a hard to describe conclusively, because it’s meaning is getting confused with the gains of Web API’s. Generally, it’s like having slang that passes along certain humor. If a programmer has certain functions, other people can use them and an exchange can be made. So this might mean something like http://twitter.com/#search?q=feednyc or it could mean I’m using a library that let’s my program zip up files as long as I use the zip(filename, new_filename) function.
Two things are gained simultaneously with web API’s. 1) People can communicate with data stores on the Internet without worrying about what language they’re using for their software. 2) There is a specific set of functions that now do something interesting. Facebook’s API, for example, let’s you post pictures to your stream and other neat things for interacting with the data Facebook stores from it’s users. As a programmer, this means I don’t have to write my own social network to use social networking functions.
Websites are then reduced to internet libraries where certain data goes in certain places. If you want data, just ask them for the data and sure enough they’ll just hand it over.
I think a Ghost In The Shell party is in order soon.
